#29: A Fashionable Tree

Thrift stores are amazing resources if you’re on a budget. You can find some true hidden gems at your local charity shop or Goodwill. This shopper was on a tight budget this past holiday season. Her little boy really wanted a Christmas tree, but she couldn’t afford to buy a new one. She kept searching at her local thrift stores to no avail. 

She was about to give up when she stumbled across this gem of a tree. Someone had turned a mannequin into a Christmas tree, only to donate it to their local thrift shop. Our storyteller took one look at this unique tree and knew she had to get it. Her son was thrilled that they had a new-to-them tree that year!
