43. It’s… Just a Little Chewy, That’s All

Ah, this old thing. Don’t worry; a lot of us feel that way. Mostly, it’s because the spoiled folk who are self-entitled need things just so, and the servers and cooks are often so overworked that it’s hard to want to be even more demanding than we already are.

But really, if your food is seriously under or overcooked, if you politely explain it, the staff will likely be more willing to help anyway. A little bit of politeness and friendliness goes a long way. It’s always people who have so little that seem more interested in being happy with what they have.
