35. Hong Kong Here We Go
Hong Kong sets up a good precedent to remind us that going to a single country doesn’t even mean it has a single culture. And that’s putting aside the fact Hong Kong does differentiate itself in almost every way from China. In China proper, fifty-six distinct ethnic groups have been recognized. And that’s only what’s been recognized.

It just goes to remind us that just because we are under the same banner, doesn’t mean we share the exact same history and culture. It’s truly mindboggling when you start to realize just how massive the world truly is.
