2. Not Even a Little Poke?

The Queen’s Guard (or called the King’s Guard when the reigning monarch is male) are notorious for their funny gigantic hats, red uniforms, and uncanny ability to stand completely still for hours and hours on end. Naturally, that makes them quite a sight, and it’s no surprise it attracts tourists en masse.

Perhaps by extension, it’s also no surprise some of the more troublesome of us might go up and try to poke them or get a reaction. Okay, I admit, it’s funny, but seriously, don’t do it. They’re just soldiers doing their job; show some respect.
