#31: Eating Meat

Vegetarianism and veganism rise in popularity with each passing year. Most people are aware of the positive environmental effects of not eating meat, even if they don’t partake in the diet. Studies have shown that the large-scale meat production industry is pretty harmful to both animals and the environment. A meat and dairy-free diet might become the norm as more and more people realize this sobering fact. 

We still have a long way to go in terms of a completely vegetarian society. This might seem like an impossible goal to us today, but you never know what might happen in the future. Even small changes becoming the norm would be really beneficial. Maybe more people will shift to eating less meat instead of shunning it altogether.
