#31: Meet Ups

This Reddit user sounds a bit salty about something they miss from 30 years ago. They wrote that they miss the concept of meeting someone on time at an agreed-upon location. It sounds like the people in their life are pretty flaky! Are they the only ones experiencing this? Probably not!

People seem to have gotten more flaky over the years. Maybe it’s simply the fact that we’ve all gotten older, started families, maintained careers, and generally have to juggle a lot in our lives. Bailing on plans or running late isn’t uncommon because life gets in the way. Still, it’s nice to remember the days when we could tell our friends to meet us at the mall at 3:30 pm and everyone would show up.
