#45: Frozen Meal For One

This story is a really evocative one for me. I read it, and immediately, the image pops into my head – a lone man or woman sitting in the office eating a store-bought Christmas lunch by themselves. The real sad thing isn’t the food itself at all but the fact that this person was, for some reason, forced to work on the 25th of December.

It’s definitely not the worst of the ruined meals we’ve seen here, but I still take pity on the poor person who had to eat it. If I had to work at the office on Christmas Day, I’d be bringing the whole kitchen with me, plugging in my oven in the middle of the workspace, and making my turkey there.
