#43: Not the Best Surprise

Another story whose details escape me. You really have to wonder about the sanity of some people on the internet. Here I am, once again naively thinking that we’re all part of the same human race, and then I find another post describing behavior that is inexplicable enough to make me doubt it. 

It’s interesting to me how this almost-teenager could get confused between their stocking and kindling. It’s even more bizarre that the Dad then proceeded to put it in the fireplace. And the real kicker is that he did it knowingly, deliberately. It’s really no wonder at all that our narrator no longer likes Christmas surprises.
