#13: Your Move
Full disclosure: I am no good at chess. I tried to learn how to play in elementary school to impress a boy, but none of it worked: I never got any good at chess, and the boy was not impressed. And part of the reason I’m so bad at the game is that it is insanely complicated, with so much strategy involved.

But I’m not sure I understood exactly how much strategy was required and exactly how complicated it could be until I read this fact. How can anyone possibly wrap their heads around a game that has so much potential for complexity?
