#12: Never Sleep With Wet Hair

We need to pump the brakes on this one. If sleeping with wet hair meant bleeding out of your mouth, I’m pretty sure half the world’s population would be dead by now. And don’t even get me started on the logistics of how that would work. Would the blood just magically appear out of nowhere?

I don’t know who started this myth, but they clearly had too much time. I’ve slept with wet hair more times than I can count. Sure, it might not be the most comfortable thing in the world, but it’s definitely not going to make you bleed out of your mouth.
