It’s mind-boggling to see how people expect those in underpaid and undervalued professions to just deal with their financial struggles and keep a positive attitude. These people tell these workers to suck up the bad conditions but then complain about the lack of quality care they receive and then demand better workers.

It’s like they want the best of both worlds without acknowledging the fact that when it comes to any underpaid profession, just like the quality education system requires quality educators who are paid and treated fairly, so do all other professions. It’s time we start valuing the hardworking individuals who dedicate their lives to helping others.
