#15: The Comparison Game

In Norway, CEOs make 11 times more than their average worker, which is still a lot, but at least it’s somewhat reasonable. But in the United States, CEOs make a whopping 351 times more than their average worker. Do they have 351 brains or 351 hands, or 351 hours in their day? It’s time for companies to start valuing their workers and paying them fairly for their contributions.

After all, without the hard work of their employees, those CEOs wouldn’t be where they are today. So let’s start pushing for fair pay and an end to this ridiculous CEO-to-worker pay ratio. It’s time to start demanding a fairer distribution of wealth and valuing the contributions of every worker, not just those at the top.
