#12: People Want to Work For a Fair Wage

Let’s talk about the “no one wants to work” frenzy that had everyone up in arms last year. And whilst it might have seemed like a shock at the time, it all comes down to the truth, which is that people want to work, but they want to be fairly compensated for their time and effort.

Any logical person would understand this particular request to be something completely normal. However, there are some people out there that genuinely expect people to work for free or for much less than what they are worth. And we’re sorry, but that just isn’t going to fly like it used to.
