#11: Loyalty Isn’t a Given

Looks like someone’s not afraid to speak their mind about their job! With a sign like that taped to their back, you know they mean business. It’s a bold statement, but it’s one that many people can relate to. At the end of the day, we all work for money. Sure, there may be other factors that keep us in our jobs – but the paycheck is what pays the bills.

And when it comes to loyalty, well, let’s just say that dogs have us humans beat in that department. But that doesn’t mean we can’t strive for both loyalty and fair compensation in our jobs. So let’s start demanding more from our employers and fighting for a workplace that values both our contributions and our financial well-being.
