#7: An Afternoon at the Met

No matter how much time passes, some things will always stay the same. Sure, the world looks very different than it did in the early 1800s, 1900s, and even early 2000s, but there are many cultural practices done today that look fairly similar to the things people used to do 100 or so years ago.

Spending an afternoon in a gallery and walking around appreciating the art hasn’t ceased to be a thing. This photo comparison is so intriguing, it makes you feel like you are in both time periods at once. Everything looks the same except for the way in which everyone is dressed!
