Some major cities in the world have existed for such long periods of time, but it can be hard to imagine what they might have looked like way back when… But thanks to old photographs, we can have a glimpse into the way that things once were.

What was once the main entrance to Tivoli, Copenhagen is now a part of everyday life in Denmark, with people filling the streets and cars driving by. Just seeing how differently people are dressed in the two pictures shows the difference in stature and time.
