Why Is It Like That?

We’ve all seen the 7-ELEVEN logo countless times before, but did you ever notice that all the letters of ‘eleven’ are capitalized except for the ‘n’? Did you ever stop to wonder why the logo looks the way it does? One Twitter user never noticed it until it was pointed out by another Twitter user.

Well, after stumbling upon this tweet, we went out looking for answers. Now that it was brought to our attention, we had to know what was behind this seemingly random design. Apparently, the original logo design had all letters capitalized until the company president’s wife pointed out it looked a bit harsh and suggested they find a way to tone it down a bit.
