Sure, family and friends are able to help certain people to do things, but why should someone have to rely solely on the people they know for this type of help? There should be more public services available…

Well, in New Orleans there is a radio station that has people volunteering to read the local paper on air every day for the blind. From grocery store ads to the regular old news, these volunteers read out every part of the newspaper so that people with limited vision can still be kept up to date with what’s happening around the world.
