#20: She Runs the Show

In Britain, diving licenses are issued under the queen’s name. Since she doesn’t need to issue herself a license (or doesn’t want to), she can drive without a license. Basically, the queen of Britain is above the law. Since she’s the highest authority figure in the country, she can do whatever she wants.

Being royalty has the perks of the job. We know it’s more complicated than we make it out to be, but according to this fact, Queen Elizabeth II is the only person in Britain who can drive without a license, and we’re sure there are other things she can do that other citizen of the U.K. aren’t allowed to do. She is the Queen, after all.
