The iconic look of Barbara Eden on I Dream of Jeannie instantly takes you back (at least for those of us who can remember that far back). It not only reminds us of Jeannie herself but of a whole era of television that shaped the way we saw ourselves in the sixties, seventies, and eighties.

And for those of you who don’t recognize the guest star sitting beside her, this is Chuck Yeager, not a real-life actor but definitely a real-life pilot, the first one in history confirmed to have exceeded the speed of sound. I wonder what he’s more proud of, that or his cameo role next to Barbara.
