If we didn’t know better, we’d think we were looking at some crazy alien experiment, maybe an attempt to grow hair or perhaps the development of an advanced super weapon. We’re looking at an engineer working on analog computers in the 1960s.

If you need evidence of just how far we’ve come as a species, look no further than the advancement of computers. A mere 60 years ago we were using computers that look like this and now each and every one of us roams around with tiny computers in our bags, our pockets or even on our wrists.
