#27: Oh No, Little Red!

When it comes to childhood stories, everyone knows “Little Red Riding Hood.” The story of a little girl who goes to visit her grandmother goes terribly wrong when she encounters a scary wolf. We all thought we knew what happens in the story, but apparently, that just isn’t true.

In the “Little Red Riding Hood” that we know and love, Little Red and her grandmother survive the scary ordeal and continue about their lives. However, we didn’t know that in the original “Little Red Riding Hood,” the wolf forces Little Red to eat her grandmother… How was this ever considered to be a story for children?
