#26: Winter Is Coming
Isn’t it funny how our sense of temperature is so affected by context? A day that’s 50 degrees Fahrenheit might seem cold if taken on its own, but if it comes after a week of freezing temperatures, it’s going to seem downright balmy in comparison.

On the flip side, if you are living in Florida and you are used to temperatures in excess of 100 degrees Fahrenheit all the time, anything that drops below that is going to seem incredibly cold, even if that “incredibly cold” is what Northerners might call “flip-flops weather” or “barbecue weather.”
