#21: Poor Resources

We have talked about Florida Man, and we have talked about Publix stores. So now, I think you guys are ready to graduate to the next level and combine those two things into one ridiculous story of Florida-themed shenanigans. Are you ready? Here we go:

I have a lot of questions about this. Was he pretending that the stapler was a firearm and hoping that people would be so frightened that they wouldn’t look closely enough to realize it wasn’t, or did he really think they would be threatened by the possibility of him stapling things? And more importantly, was he arrested?
