#14: Bad Omen

As beautiful and majestic as some birds are, there is no denying that sometimes birds have the tendency to freak people out. Whether they intend to impede on people’s personal space or whether they aren’t aware of it, their presence can freak people out. Maybe we should blame every scary movie ever for this association…

Is it just us, or does it feel like in every scary movie ever, there is always a scene with crows or other scary black birds circling the very place where something bad happened or is about to happen? We know that omens don’t really exist, but if we saw birds swarming and circling our home, we would probably run.
