#33: Enhancing Flexibility and Physical Fitness
Every morning, following her rejuvenating walk, she dedicates time to improving her fitness and flexibility. It might not seem necessary to some, but daily stretching is a great practice, especially for those sitting all day in a chair.

Her dog accompanies her on her walks, yet he chooses to observe rather than participate in her stretching routine, seeing as, after all, he is a dog.
