Online reviews are supposed to make things better for everyone, because we get to see what other people think about something before we give it a try. But like most good things in life, there will always be people who find a way to twist it to their own ends.

For instance, restaurant owners might decide to use online reviews as a way to sabotage a rival. You’ve got to get customers into your place somehow, right? If you’re going to do this, though, you should probably make sure you don’t use your real name on the review.
