A Strange Exchange
Everything about this next exchange is confusing to me. First, the customer: he thinks that the chicken balls were too crispy (well, I’m assuming that’s what the misspelling is supposed to mean) and that the sauce was vile, and yet he gave it 4.25 stars. That’s an awfully high rating to give to something you find “vile.”

Second, the business owner: he has no response to the complaints about his food, choosing instead to figure out where this guy lives and then berating him for not choosing a restaurant closer to his house. Personally, I think they’re both nuts.
