What’s With These Trolls?

What do people get out of badmouthing a restaurant that they’ve never actually been to? Why does that bring them joy? Are they embittered former restaurant owners whose own restaurants went out of business, and now they take the attitude that if they can’t have a restaurant, no one should have a restaurant?

Or is it just the same sort of bored trolls who get a kick out of writing mean comments on YouTube videos and news articles? If you’re one of these people, I have a suggestion for you: have you considered getting a hobby? Maybe take up crocheting or pickleball? I promise you’ll be a lot happier.
