One day, my boss told me that I was performing poorly and not doing enough. They threatened to terminate me if I didn’t step up because they had manuals for each piece of equipment.”

“That night, I decided to take drastic action. I disassembled all the equipment, thoroughly cleaned them, and then left everything in pieces for them to discover the next morning. Afterward, I turned off my phone for the entire day. When I turned my phone back on the following day, I found a string of angry texts ordering me to return and reassemble everything. I complied and returned to work, and spoke to my boss. I told him if he didn’t apologize I would quit. So he did.”
