#29: The Blues Brothers
Despite John Belushi’s death, the Blues Brothers returned during the Super Bowl as an alternative to a 1985 Chicago Bears reunion. The trio, including Dan Aykroyd, John Goodman, and Jim Belushi, performed hits by soul legends, though their efforts fell short of the original’s charm.

The show featured an appearance by the legendary James Brown, but his presence was overshadowed by Jim Belushi’s. Even the arrival of ZZ Top, performing ‘Tush,’ couldn’t salvage the performance, leaving fans yearning for what could have been.
