The 1990 halftime show was a peculiar homage to New Orleans, the 40th anniversary of ‘Peanuts,’ and inadvertently, drugs, questioning Charlie Brown’s connection to the city’s vibrant culture. The exact viewership of the halftime show might not be known, but it sure was a spectacular performance.

Yet, the undeniable catchiness of New Orleans’ music prevailed, culminating with Snoopy’s memorable dance on a steamboat to iconic tunes, offering a peculiar yet entertaining spectacle for viewers. We’re excited to see what the 2025 Superbowl returning to New Orleans has in store for us!
