#34: Super Bowl Halftime Shows Between 1967-1989
Before the 1990s, Super Bowl organizers had no idea the halftime show could be a spectacle—it was simply a bathroom break. The first 24 shows were low-budget performances featuring college marching bands, Elvis impersonators, Carol Channing, George Burns, the Rockettes, and the relentlessly perky Up With People.
