#14: All Four Legs

Genetic mutations happen every once in a while in the animal kingdom. Some of these mutations can be lethal, while others can simply cause a different-looking animal to be born. This baby chick surprised everyone when it was born. As you can see, it has four legs instead of two. 

The little chick was under the care of humans, so it was able to survive its initial birth. It’s a pretty odd occurrence, and it seems strange to look at a four-legged chicken. A four-legged chicken isn’t unheard of, though. It’s happened before and it will probably happen again, even if it is a rare occurrence.
