This photo is pretty amazing. It shows a young man holding a strange-looking ball in his hand. What is that? Well, it’s his old heart! This man got to hold his old, diseased heart after undergoing a heart transplant. While some people might doubt the truth behind this photo, it’s more than likely real. 

It’s not out of the question for patients to request to see their old hearts after a transplant. If you search the internet, there are various photos and news reports documenting patients doing this very thing. This man seems pretty young, so he probably had a serious health condition that required such intensive surgery. He deserves to hold his own organ if that’s what he wants!
