37. It’s Too Dramatic for School

A thunderstorm with a tornado sounds like the coolest sight, and I can’t fault this poster at all for choosing such a striking image for an art project. Unfortunately, much like the flowers, both the truth and creative liberties escaped the sense of the teacher. Even when something isn’t real, it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t put it in art.

That’s the whole point of being creative; that’s the beauty of it. Shame on teachers for this sort of behavior. Also, go look up thunder and lightning happening around a tornado; very intense and cool looking (from a safe distance).
