Hm. That would be a very interesting fact if it were true, and a potentially gross one at that. As it stands, it is far from correct. While both urine and sweat consist of mostly water and a small percentage of salt and urea (none of which are identical in terms of measurements), the rest of the elements are completely different.

I can’t help but think this is another odd scare tactic, or something of the sort, made up to confuse kids into making up all sorts of ridiculous stories. Or, maybe it’s just an older belief passed on that made it into the modern day? Who’s to say.
