The Karma Police

So, I’m not super sure this qualifies as karma, because that phrase implies that fate or the universe or something conspired to make sure that someone got what was coming to them, either good or bad. Calling the cops on your neighbors because they’re being a menace isn’t karma; it’s just you exercising good sense.

But then I thought, maybe this is a lesson for all of us. Maybe it’s a reminder that if someone is being crazy obnoxious and, say, littering the sidewalk with broken glass, you don’t have to wait for the universe to do something about it; you can call the cops yourself and act as the karma police.
