Phone Thief

I find this next story so satisfying because not only did this bully get his comeuppance immediately and in a very real manner—going to detention is no fun—but he also got a taste of the frustration and sense of unfairness that he was causing for the writer of this story.

Because how irritating would it be to get in trouble for messing around with your phone in class when technically, it’s not even your phone? But to argue that you did not have your phone out in class would mean that you would have to admit that you had stolen the phone from somewhere else. I bet this kid was just fuming as he sat in detention, and that thought fills me with joy.
