#39: the Ball

Don’t you just love it when the smallest matters of chance achieve feats that you could never achieve with skill? Sometimes, sheer luck is a way more powerful force than any human ability. Sometimes, we can do things much more easily when we’re not trying than when we are trying.

I wonder if there is anyone who could achieve this with pure skill instead of luck. Could Neymar or Messi, for example, kick the ball deliberately in a way that gets it stuck in between the automatic doors? Nah, they’d probably just end up smashing the ball through the doors and shattering the glass.
