When it comes to chance encounters in the airport or on an airplane, there is always something weird about it. In this case, the chance meeting between two Australian people from the same coastal town near Sydney after boarding a random plane seems like a crazy chance event.

Sure, this whole thing might not have been as exciting if the pair were traveling within Australia or back to Sydney from another location, but the fact that they met halfway across the world and were continuing to travel makes this whole thing even more weird.
