Ribs and Sausage
Buy a plastic skull, have a cookout, throw it all on a pan, and call it a day! This idea is pretty awesome. If you’ve never made ribs before, no worries! Get yourself two nice racks and decide whether you’re going to grill them (you’ll need to for the char) or do them in the oven. Check out an easy recipe and go for it!

For the best ribs, slow cook them in the oven first, tightly sealed with just salt and pepper, then bring them out and douse them in barbecue sauce before placing them on the grill. For the sausage, coil it up in a large cast-iron pot on the stove and gently flip them halfway through.
