Cheese-Bats
Giant cheese balls turned into little bite-sized bats? Yes, please! The olives as eyes are a great touch, too. To make these, take softened cream cheese and mix it with either goat cheese or finely shredded cheddar, whichever you prefer. Set it in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour, so you don’t end up with a goopy mess on your hands.

After the cheese mixture has firmed up a bit, roll it into balls and press toasted sesame seeds all the way around, then add your olive eyes and tortilla wings! If you want to get creative, feel free to flavor the cheese with basil pesto or other herbs. Roasted garlic salt makes a great flavor enhancer.
