Brain Hemorrhage Cocktail

This one definitely isn’t for the kiddos. This is the Alien Brain Hemorrhage, a cocktail aptly named for its appearance. You take some Peach Schnapps and pour the glass half full, then slowly pour Baileys over the back of a spoon into the drink. The Baileys will begin to curdle.

Sounds delicious, right? Not exactly. Even after you add some grenadine and blue curacao for that bizarre look, curdled Baileys is as disgusting as it sounds, and reviews say you have to chew it. I was willing to give it a shot based on looks alone, but I think I’ll have to pass!
