Everyone loves a good charcuterie board, and I’m no exception. While I can’t deny this is a bit off-putting, I wouldn’t turn it away! If you make your own, feel free to get inventive. There’s no wrong way to throw cold cuts, dip, and cheese on a plate in vague resemblance to a chest cavity.

Their ingenious use of jellied liver needs to be celebrated, though. I would never have thought to use it, but it’s perfect for this! The only thing they’re lacking is tons of sauce for a seriously macabre vibe. If I recreate it, I’ll be sure to add a rich homemade barbecue topping and drip it down the sides.
