Dairy Queen? More Like Dairy King

While working in customer service, it goes against all instincts and training to say the customer is wrong. However, when one customer took advantage of another customer, this employee put his foot down. At only 19 years old, he knew exactly what to do in a sticky situation where many adults would’ve looked the other way in order to avoid conflict. 

Joey’s parents did a fantastic job raising him. They raised a well-adjusted, self-empowered young man with good morals. Joey was calm and remained in charge of the situation, which honestly screams management material. Stealing from someone with a disability is the lowest of the lows; we understand why he felt he couldn’t serve her after that criminal activity.
