The Hardest Worker

It is easy to panic or shut down when a crisis occurs, especially during an environmental disaster that we have no control over. However, times of crisis offer opportunities for people to step up and exercise their powerful leadership skills. One such example happened when Satchel found himself working alone through a flood. Due to flooding, no one could leave. 

Satchel was going to have to man the hotel and keep the guests calm, through a frightening experience, by himself. According to the guests, he did just that. The next morning, he even made all the guests a hot breakfast. We can’t help but also feel at ease looking at his kind face and bright smile.
