#39: Reusable Gift Wrap
Anybody who has ever witnessed a Christmas morning free-for-all knows just how much wrapping paper one family can go through. When you multiply that by all the other families celebrating the holiday and add in birthday gift wrap, that’s a heck of a lot of wasted paper!

One way to reduce waste is to save what wrapping paper you can salvage each year and reuse it the following holiday. It may involve a lot of smoothing and repairing, but it could be pretty remarkable to realize how much you’re saving from the landfill. Or, if that’s not appealing to you, another popular option is to wrap your gifts in homemade fabric bags!
