#37: Switch Up Your Milk
Plant-based milk is an excellent option for people who don’t use dairy products. It might be an acquired taste, but we think they taste good and are better for your health than cow’s milk. For years, almond milk has been the number one choice for plant-based milk, but it’s time to look into more sustainable options.

Consider switching to oat milk instead. It is better for the ecosystem than almond milk because almond groves require an inordinate amount of water and are dangerous for our bee population. Don’t get us wrong – we aren’t saying you’re a terrible person if you use almond milk – but keep in mind that on The Good Place, Chidi ended up in the bad place for continuing to drink it.
