#36: Don’t Waste Your Avocados!
Avocados are among our favorite foods – there are so many yummy ways to use them! Avocado toast, sliced on sandwiches, and of course, the holy grail of avocado: guacamole. That’s why it’s so sad when an avocado doesn’t get used quickly enough and begins to turn brown. If only there were a way to prevent this tragedy.

If you only need half of your avocado and want to save the other half for later, squeeze lemon juice on the half you’re saving for later. That will prevent any browning, thus keeping your avocado good for another meal. Since avocados can be pricy at certain times of the year, this is another excellent way to make the most of your money!
